Error Detergent tank

Hi everyone, I noticed that I am getting this error. What could it be? I have been using it since Monday and in fact the smell of the detergent was not noticeable. I checked the two tanks and they are practically full.

Hello,
If the base station does not have a cleaning fluid box installed, this error message will be displayed. You can shake the wastewater tank and check whether foam is produced to determine whether cleaning fluid has been used.

Hello. I don’t have any error, but after 20 days of use, both detergent tanks are still full. In addition there is no smell of detergent even on pet areas. I shook the wastewater and I don’t see much foam. In any case, please let me know if is normal that both A&B detergent tanks are still full after 20 days of washing/cleaning 7 days to 7, 120sqm apartment. Thank you.

I have the P50 Pro Ultra. I have this same issue. Over a month of usage the level in the detergent tank has not diminished. I’ll get a notification from time to time to add detergent, but it’s been full to the max since I bought it. I am using the Mova detergent.
