3d map display black screen

Hello, when I want to see the 3d map, only a black screen is displayed.
Wifi connection was not good, and after some retry, no more possible to download data again and now, only a black screen is displayed.
Please how can I fix that and see the 3d map.

Hey , have you tried to cancel the mova app and download it again? Do you use an iPhone or android?
