I started using the MOVA1000 today and I have been facing various problems that lead me to think that there must be a software fail.
I connected WiFi and Bluetooth to do the mapping and it worked great, but then I wasn't able to make it start mowing with the Play/Mow button and the OK button, as indicated by the manual.
The only response I get when I try to use the buttons is the "Bluetooth pairing enabled", which is supposed to be activated after pressing OK for 3 seconds, but I'm reality I was trying to make it start mowing (Mow and OK for 5 seconds) and go back to the charging station (Home and OK for 5 seconds).
Furthermore, the anti theft alarm that is supposed to go off when the robot is lifted, doesn't work.
The spot and edge mowing modes completely failed: the robot didn't mow anything at all. It actually didn't even go to the indicated area, but in a few seconds it showed that the job was 100% complete on the app and it went back to the charging station.
It says that the system is updated with the latest firmware, so I don't really know what else I can do.
