Firmware Mova V50 Ultra Complete

When will there be a new firmware available for download? having issue with my new Mova V50, it seems to go into a "loop" sometimes, driving around in the exact same aera until battery needs charing, it then breaksout of the "loop" and continue cleaning other area after charging has been completed. This happens in room with small carpets, it seems like it is struggling in these rooms. This is a brand new Mova V50, installed less then one weeks ago. Frimware version is 4.3.9_1930

Hello, have you turned on the carpet boost function? If you turn on this function, the robot will increase the suction force and make more noise when vacuuming on the carpet. You can turn off this function to see if there is still any abnormality.
