[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600] MOVA 1000 - rain sensor

Hello,
In product description is an rain sensor for MOVA 1000 model.
I have rain protection ON and the robot is not coming back to station when raining.
Is there any problem when moving in rain?
What's the rain sensor/protection for?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, in order to avoid accidentally triggering the rain protection function, the rain protection will only be triggered when the rain is dense and continuous. If it is sporadic rain, the rain protection may not be triggered immediately.
When the robot works on wet grass in the rain, it increases the risk of getting stuck, can easily damage the grass, and may lead to positioning errors. Therefore, we do not recommend using the robot on rainy days.
Mova 1000 has rain sensor functionality build into lidar. When it gets wet enough, you'll get message like "Water detected on lidar" and when it is triggered while rain protection is on, mower will return to base.
