❓ Why doesn't the app status update after removing/inserting the detergent module?  
The detergent level in the app only updates when starting a task that includes "floor mopping" or "Mop Washing” (there may be a 1-2 minute delay). If you remove or insert the detergent module without restarting the task, the status might remain unchanged.  

🤔 If the status still doesn’t update after restarting the task:  
1. Remove the detergent module and check the silver contact pins (on the back/bottom of the module) and the pump opening for debris.  
2. Gently wipe these parts with a dry cloth.  
3. Reinsert the module into the docking station, ensuring it clicks into place.  

❓ Why does the detergent seem to barely deplete?  
Detergent is dispensed in small portions (approx. 1 ml per use), so changes aren’t immediately visible.  

✔️ Quick way to check if detergent is being used:  
1. Empty the dirty water tank before starting a "floor mopping" task.  
2. Shake the tank lightly after the task. If you see foam or smell the detergent fragrance, it’s working properly!

Detergent quantity should be configurable; each user has different needs (you can configure tens of different water usages but not the detergent, where's the point?)

Hello! Thank you for your valuable feedback. Regarding the detergent dosage design, our current configuration is based on extensive laboratory testing to ensure optimal cleaning performance while preventing long-term residue buildup that could affect machine components.

To address your concerns:
1. Detergent is automatically diluted with water at a fixed ratio, ensuring consistent concentration across all water volume modes. This guarantees stable cleaning effectiveness.
2. Manually increasing detergent concentration may lead to slippery floors or incomplete cleaning.

Tip: If you prefer a stronger solution, you may manually add 1 cap of detergent per tank of clean water (do not exceed this ratio). We will continue to refine our products based on user feedback.
