[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600 Robotic Mowers] MOVA 1000 mower unable to connect to the network

I recently bought a MOVA 1000 robotic mower. Lately, it’s been impossible to connect it to the network.

The Wi-Fi connection is fine.
The Bluetooth connection is fine.
But the network connection doesn’t work.

I’ve had the mower for 15 days.
Do you have any solutions?

Hi QZ684127, is your Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz?
MOVA 1000 does not support 5 GHz ONLY network.
