[V50 Ultra] Wrong Mapping + Unable to return to base

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Mova V50 Ultra. Every time it passes under my bed, the LIDAR sensor turret doesn't lift back up automatically, which prevents the robot from remapping the area correctly. Additionally, WHEN THIS HAPPENS, the white LED that turns on in low light doesn't turn off for a while even if the area is bright, Today, even if the sensor was up the robot could not go back to the base and usually it starts navigating around the house without any clue where to go, overriding the current map. This has been happening since i have started to clean under the bed so i think it is related to that. I would like to issue a BUG.

Hello, have you set the area under the bed as a low-altitude zone? Could you update a photo of the area under the bed and also let us know the exact height of the clearance under the bed?

In your video, we see that the robot's fill light is working properly in a dark environment. Since the room is dimly lit, the robot's fill light is not turned off.

If the robot cannot return to the base station, please try the following:

1. Check that the base station is properly powered.
2. Place the robot 1-2 meters in front of the base station and briefly press the "Dock" button on the robot. The base station should be placed against a wall. We recommend placing the base station in a relatively open area, ensuring there are no obstructions within 1.5 meters in front of the base station and 0.5 meters to either side.
3. During cleaning, ensure that the robot starts from the base station and check that the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating properly. Also, check if the robot's wheels are stuck.

If the above steps do not work, we recommend resetting the robot and trying again.

Hi, problem still occurs and is really annoying. The low height zone is more than 9cm. Today the mova was really confused about the path to follow under the bed. The map started again to be overridden and the mova did not lift up the lidar sensor. (I cannot upload mp4 files for video showing since the app does not allow video formats).

I had to restablish the map with the one i backed up previously, stopping the mova activity and then made the robot return to its base without manual intervention.

Adding the image to show that lidar sensor is not being lifted up in normal areas AFTER having cleaned under the bed.

Adding an other image to show you the wrong mapping overridingcthe existent map and to show you how messy is the path the robot follows under the bed.

With a second run and after restablishing the backup map this is the path followed by the mova. Though i cannot see the x2 pattern in the low height zone.

Hello, please check if the LDS can be raised properly after setting the following two items in the app:

Settings >> Auto-Raise LDS

Settings >> More Features >> Remote Control >> Raise LDS

If the problem persists, please let me know again. Please provide the SN number on the bottom of the robot and upload the log in the app.

Lds setting is set to extreme coverage.
Lds can be lifted and lowered via remote control without any problems. Serial number is: R2582A53HEU0595133.

Today i removed the brown bricks under the INNER support legs. The mova usually gets stuck for a while when making circles around them. I will monitor the situation without the brown bricks under the INNER support legs (not the external ones). This is the path followed by the mova after removing them (maybe this is the most correct one)

Today, still wothout the brown bricks under the bed, the path was really confused. May it be because of light reflection on the robot lens? Furthermore. 35sq with 67minutes is a bit too much, isn't it?

I am switching off LDS for low areas.ctoday the robot got confused again and could not return to the base without a reset of the map. THIS SHOULD BE A BUG.
