Mova P50 Pro-Ultra Keeps Pausing

Hi There,

First and foremost, absolutely love the P50 Pro-Ultra - amazing cleaning!

Every time during a cleaning everywhere cycle, whenever it returns to the base to empty dirty water and refill, it then remains in the dock, pauses the entire job until I manually press the Clean button to restart it.

Perhaps I’ve not selected the correct settings and it seems odd that it will pause, despite it knowing where’s cleaned and what’s left.

Is the robot plugged in? When the battery is depleted, the robot automatically shuts down and stops cleaning.

Did a pet or family member accidentally press the pause button?

Is the robot stuck or trapped by an obstacle or object? You can confirm whether the mop handle is not raised, causing the robot to become stuck in the base station.

Is there an error message in the app?

Have you tried resetting the robot?
