Hi,

Welcome to PART TWO of my Detailed Feedback for the newly acquired MOVA Z50 Ultra.

In my last post i made a rant, but i found it to be necessary.
During my next hours of sperimenting and experiencing with the robot itself, i came up with few other interesting points and impressions, while share other aspects as well.

First and foremost, i thank MOVA for giving me the opportunity to partecipate in the IFA event, even tho i'm not able to as i am actually injured.
I think that as a company you guys are truely pushing forwards and challenging giants of this industry, and you are even winning, which is absolutely incredible and was unexpected from me.

Keep rocking MOVA.

Without further do, let's jump into my new considerations, points, suggestions etc.

1. The base station is too heavy and too big.
I cannot be more honest than right now, i had difficulties unboxing and taking everything out of the package, two times. (as one for the courier box, the other for the MOVA robot package)
While i think weight is something to consider with technology, i think that a less heavy item and a less big box in general would benefit the user health as well.
It was the most huge package i have ever received (Robot Vacuum speaking)

2. LED brightness suggestion:
Like subtitle says, possibility to change the intensity of the base station and robot leds, or turn them off completely.

3. Base and robot remain active/standby too long:
Same as above, both base and robot seems to stay active for too long after you stopped interacting with them;

4. Robot is not able to recognize other robots, or at least not every time.

5. Would be cool if the robot was able to see which path is already cleaned by other robots (same brand).

6. Small rotatory mop started crankling and emitting sounds, while wobbling left and right, this is due to the design flaws of the base station that cannot welcone the robot in a nice and safe route, since its down part has a small plastic that actually can and will damage (if not break even) the small mop.

7. After some hours of service and at work, robot starts to make a lot of noise, from both “engine” and roller.

I think that's all for today from me.
Chris

PS. In my opinion, MOVA really needs to cut-down useless testing people around the world and choose only the qualified, right ones, to make sure the product comes out not in this state.
But.. also in the laboatory of testing, i wonder why all these flaws didn’t came up.
