[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600] Robot is removed from account by itself

Unfortunately my robot 600 serie is deleted from my app by itself. Now I cannot add it again, it says that the robot is already added before. Reset of the robot did not help. What is going on? How do I add the robot again?
