Robot not working after firmware update

Hello, I have P10 pro ultra. app asked me to update firmware and I clicked yes, app switched to auto update on. After that update mop was stuck at "mop drying" status. I tried everything on app didn't change anything not taking any commands. I tried to delete device and re-pair didnt working also. 3 button on the robot is not working at all.  When I push reset button on robot its saying about factory reset stuff and wifi is blinking but buttons not working and Im unable to add my device again to my app its not initiating hotspot. How it will be fixed?

Hello, is the robot unable to connect to Wi-Fi after factory reset? Have you enabled location permissions for the app and phone's Bluetooth? Failing to enable permissions can lead to network configuration failure.

If the Wi-Fi indicator is blinking, it indicates a weak network signal. Please try using one phone to set up a hotspot as a Wi-Fi network, while connecting another phone to the hotspot for a cross-verification.

Check if the router has set MAC address filtering or a whitelist; you may try resetting the router and restarting the robot before checking again.

Make sure to connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

If the above steps are ineffective, please send us a private message with the SN number located at the bottom of the robot and your country. We will look for an alternative solution for you.
