Questions regarding the use and accessories of the Mova S10 Plus

I am reaching out regarding my Mova S10 Plus robot vacuum.

I’ve noticed that at the beginning of its use, the water tank would empty by about 3/4 or more during a cleaning cycle. Now, under similar surface and configuration conditions, it only uses about 1/4 of the tank. Could you please let me know if this is normal or if there might be an issue?

Also, I would like to know if it is possible to purchase replacement Velcro stickers. Mine are coming off, which causes the mop cloth to no longer stay properly in place.

Hello, regarding the issue of reduced water consumption in the base station water tank, you can check whether it is caused by scale in the pipes. You can clean the pipes.

Regarding the issue that the mop holder sticker cannot fix the mop, you can contact our after-sales department to order a new mop holder.
