[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600] Charging station looses power

I have this problem. I find the charging prongs pushed all the way in and when this happens it disables the power to the charging station which requires me to. Pull out the charging prongs and unplug it from the power for 1 minute. It then will show a blue light and I then use the app to send the mower home. In my opinion this charging station is poorly made along with everything related to this lawn mower. I would rate this mover a 1 out of 5.

Based on your description, this situation is not normal. Normally, the robot will charge after the charging pin is pushed in. This may be a malfunction with the charging station.
