Dealing with Area Rugs

I am having some issues with the setup of my map using the P10 Pro Ultra

I have a few area rug runners that I will remove at times of mopping.

I have noticed that when the bot gets to those areas that were marked as carpet, it still only vacuums even if the rug is not there.

Should I just remove the area rugs from the map area totally and rely on the carpet sensor to identify if the rug is in fact there? If I do that will it not mop when it sees an unexpected rug?

Hello,

Normally, the robot won't mop on carpets after it recognizes them. However, we've received feedback about robots not recognizing carpets.

To prevent the robot from mopping on carpets without recognizing them, we recommend creating a new map without carpets and then switching to that map after removing the carpets.

It's likely somewhere I'm just overlooking, but how do you create a second map?
