P10 Pro runs on own schedule

Have a P10 that does its own daily schedule. Used to be 8 pm every night, all rooms. I recently tried to edit, deleting another schedule I had done, added 2 new ones (2 pm daily 2 rooms, and 11 pm all rooms one night only). Today I came home and it was doing all rooms at 10:30 am. I rechecked my listed schedules and only the 2 I mentioned were showing, including on my wife's phone (which is my sign in).

I have previously tried remapping, and that didn't help, it still started on its own. Do I need to reset all and start over, remapping again? Please provide a solution idf possible. Thanks.

Hello,

Is the time on your phone system consistent with your local time? The robot's scheduled cleaning tasks follow the time set in your phone's system.

If they are consistent, could you please provide us with the firmware version of your app and the S/N number from the label on the bottom of the robot? We will contact our technical team to provide you with further analysis.

I found the firmware version (says latest) 4.3.9_1658
 
For the robot's firmware version do you mean Plug-in ver number 16? Please expplain what log you desire and how I locate and upload it.

Yes, I previously checked and the time is the same on each. MOVAhome 1.1.8.5 (it says latest ver) S/N: R2491C55LUS0057733 It ran a second unscheduled full clean yesterday too right before dinner.
 
I found the Report Logs and just uploaded both logs. Waiting for your review and recommendations.

Hello,

We have received a response from the technicians.

Since November, the backend shows that the scheduled tasks you set have been started normally, and no additional cleaning records apart from the planned cleaning times have been found.

The technicians recommend that you reset the robot to factory settings.

If this issue occurs again after the reset, please provide us with a screenshot of the cleaning records from the device so that our technicians can verify the time of the issue.

Here are screenshots of the last several cleanings. Only 1400 and 2300 are scheduled. Many labeled interrupted because inconvenient unscheduled starts. Reset how?
