Mova p50s ultra, carpet recognition problems

My model is a MOVA P50s Ultra. The robot has trouble recognizing carpets. If the carpet is disturbed, it doesn't update its new position and therefore doesn't clean the current floor. Is it possible to change the settings so that it always updates the carpet's position?
(all sensors have been cleaned)

Our technical team is still working hard to optimize this bug.

As an alternative solution, we recommend creating a new map without carpets, and then switching to this map after the carpets have been removed.
