You can troubleshoot the issue by following these steps:
1.Remove the roller mop according to the instructions on the bottom of the device.
2.Check if there are any foreign objects inside the roller cavity. Please clean the roller cavity, the roller itself, and remove any hair or debris tangled on the fluffy roller.
3.Try turning off the device and restarting it. After cleaning the mop in the base station, use the mopping function again to see if the error warning disappears.
