Clearance wheel struck

Hi, I just got a brand new V50 at home, but today I noticed a strange sound during an extend-side mopping.

So, I checked the robot and found one of the clearance leg wheel stand out, I can't put it back to its normal position, any solution to put it back in place?

I tried to make it climb the threshold, but only 1 wheel worked (the one with normal positioning), then I got an error message. There is nothing inside the wheel socket.

I also tried to reset but no hope, any solution would be high appreciated, please.

Please press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device, then press and hold it again for 3 seconds to restart. The retractable legs should automatically retract during this process.
