Lidar not used in an entire room

The robot started a room without lidar (the head stayed down). It does clean but the logic is missing, also it doesn’t exactly know where it is so it’s going outside usual borders. Howcome the LiDAR wouldn’t be activated?

Have you already enabled the “Auto-Raising LDS” feature in the Floor Cleaning Settings?

If this feature is turned on, we recommend going to “More Features” and selecting “Remote Control” to test whether the LDS module on the robot can raise and lower properly.

If the LDS moves normally, please try rebuilding the map. If it doesn’t respond, you may need to contact our after-sales support team for further assistance.
