[Mova E30 Ultra] new firmware bugs

Hello, after updating to 4.3.9_1539  instead of going to a sleep it does a factory reset.
So basically each 10 minutes it just launch ‘resetting to factory settings’ (even if it was not connected  to app)

Any ideas how to fix ?

Hello, logs are submitted. With keeping it online it is more difficult as each 10 minutes it do factory reset and reset wifi connection as well. Is it possible just to rollback a firmware?

Ukraine, are you able to do anything remotely related to firmware? Or it requires service centre visit ?
