There I have not long got the MOVA v50 complete, are doing a fast mapping it shows all the area of the floor, but will not clean behind the back of the chairs can you tell me why and what I have to do please? I have also tried to send it out to clean that area, but will not go there at all please help!😕

You can first try setting a zone cleaning and select the area behind the chair, then observe whether the robot will go there to clean.

Hello, The issue with your device may depend on the actual cleaning environment, such as narrow gaps between table and chair legs.

Try checking if the device has been updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, you can share the error screenshot in the comments, along with your SN and the current firmware version. This will help us analyze the cause.
