Regarding the difference in firmware version numbers between your two Mova V50 Ultra devices, please rest assured that this is normal.
Firmware updates are typically pushed out in batches and stages. Even devices with the same model may display different firmware version numbers due to differences in hardware details or push schedules.
As long as the app displays "Currently the latest version," it means the device is running a compatible and stable firmware, with no missing features or performance issues, and you don't need to worry about security.
Currently, firmware upgrades are automatically pushed by the system; manual or forced upgrades are not supported. The device will automatically prompt for an update when a new compatible version is available.
We recommend that you keep your devices connected to the internet and pay attention to upgrade notifications in the app.
If one of your devices exhibits abnormal behavior, please provide us with the device's (S/N) so we can investigate whether it's a software malfunction. |
