Mova V50 ultra software update

This is my first post to you....

I have two Mova V50 ultra robots.
Could you please tell me how to force a firmware update for the Mova V50 ultra?
One has version 4.3.9_4607 and the other has version 4.3.9_2883, and the status is that it's the latest software version.
How can I force a firmware upgrade?

Firmware updates are typically pushed out in batches and stages. Even devices with the same model may display different firmware version numbers due to differences in hardware details or push schedules.

As long as the app displays "Currently the latest version," it means the device is running a compatible and stable firmware, with no missing features or performance issues, and you don't need to worry about security.

Currently, firmware upgrades are automatically pushed by the system; manual or forced upgrades are not supported. The device will automatically prompt for an update when a new compatible version is available.

We recommend that you keep your devices connected to the internet and pay attention to upgrade notifications in the app.
