Hello,
You mentioned that the device frequently fails to reconnect to the base station. We suggest you troubleshoot using the following steps:
1. Please check if the plug is loose and ensure the charging dock is powered on;
2. Please place the device 1-2 meters in front of the charging dock and briefly press the recharge button. If it still cannot recharge, it needs to be returned. If it can recharge, please confirm the following:
① The charging dock should be placed against a wall, with approximately 5cm to the left and right, and no obstructions within 1 meter in front;
② Keep away from signal interference, such as routers or televisions;
③ There should be no reflective objects opposite the device, such as mirrors or windows.
3. Please confirm that the LDS laser sensor on top of the machine is rotating normally when starting from the charging dock;
4. Please check if the drive wheels of the main unit are slipping, stuck, or trapped during operation;
5. If the above issues are resolved, please try restarting the main unit and cleaning again;
6. When changing the location of the base station, you need to place the main unit on the base station and start cleaning from there;
7. If the problem persists after restarting the main unit, please try resetting the main unit, moving the charging dock to an open area, and cleaning again.
