[Z50 Ultra] Cleaning solution for wooden floor

I have z60 ultra(not an option in dropdown), can you suggest some compatible solutions for wooden oak flooring (UV oil layered) which I can use in my cleaner.

I noticed the multi-surface solution provided did not mention wooden flooring and contains alcohol so I am not sure if that is compatible.

Hello,

Hello,

The alcohol in our cleaning solution is not a strong solvent, but rather a fatty alcohol surfactant, primarily used for stain removal.

However, to ensure the accuracy of the solution, could you please take a picture of your oak floor? This will allow us to further analyze whether this cleaning solution is suitable for your oak floors.

We also do not recommend using cleaning solutions from other brands or products, as the ingredients of different brands may vary, potentially corroding the water tank and damaging the machine. Thanks for your understanding.

Hello,

Thank you for providing the photos. To prevent damage to the floor, we still recommend mopping with water. Thank you for your understanding. The main function of cleaning agents is to help the robot vacuum cleaner clean itself.
