Mova 500 AI automatic boundary is disabled ?

I received my robot mower viax 500 2 days ago. When I first set it up, I had the option to select an automatic boundary when adding a zone. However, today this option is no longer available, and I can only create the boundary manually, which is impractical. Could you please explain what happened?

Also, 2 days ago, when I selected the automatic boundary, I moved the mower to the edge and set the starting point, but the automatic boundary failed and reverted to manual boundary mode.

Can you please confirm whether this feature is currently disabled or explain what might have happened?

Regarding this issue: To ensure the robot’s safety and accurate recognition, please follow the robot closely after enabling the **automatic boundary recognition** function.
If any abnormality occurs during the recognition process, you can exit the automatic mode at any time and switch to manual control.

I dont have automatic mapping option at all. Why ? Mova viax 300.

Need step by step instruction how to proceed with automatic mapping. It's not getting me chance of even try to start automatic mapping.

I don't want to do this manually! In your instruction video there is that option but not in real life.

Is there somw bug in software? Please provide exact steps how to set it.

I found that you need go to Lab option then you need enable AI Automatic mode.
