Leak/Water pooling near clean water tank nozzle on Mova V50 Ultra base station

Every time I run the vacuum or the base station cycles water, I find a puddle of water accumulating right under the clean water tank connection point on the dock.
​I’ve attached a photo showing exactly where the water pools. It seems to be leaking from around the black rubber valve/nozzle where the clean water tank seats into the base station.
​A few details:
​I always ensure the clean water tank is pushed down and seated properly.
​I've checked the tank itself, and there don't appear to be any cracks.
​The leak happens consistently every time the system is used.
​Could this be a faulty O-ring or seal on the base station's receiver valve? Has anyone successfully fixed this themselves, or is this something I need to raise a warranty claim for?

Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing your concern about the water under the clean water tank connection.
I totally get why this might look worrying at first glance, but this is actually completely normal! It’s all down to how the sealed clean water tank works: when you lift it quickly, it creates a bit of negative pressure inside, kind of like how a pump works, which pulls out a tiny bit of water around the valve. The good news is, once the tank is properly seated and the machine is running normally, there’s no leak at all.
The small amount of water that comes out will just flow through the overflow hole at the bottom of the tank into the cleaning tray. The base station also has drainage holes there, so it all goes straight into the tray and doesn’t affect the machine’s use in any way.
