Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing your concern about the water under the clean water tank connection.
I totally get why this might look worrying at first glance, but this is actually completely normal! It’s all down to how the sealed clean water tank works: when you lift it quickly, it creates a bit of negative pressure inside, kind of like how a pump works, which pulls out a tiny bit of water around the valve. The good news is, once the tank is properly seated and the machine is running normally, there’s no leak at all.
The small amount of water that comes out will just flow through the overflow hole at the bottom of the tank into the cleaning tray. The base station also has drainage holes there, so it all goes straight into the tray and doesn’t affect the machine’s use in any way.
