Cleaning mops again!

Hi, I’ve had my v50 a few weeks now and have set up to vac & mop my kitchen and snug this morning.  It started and worked for about 5 minutes and has gone back to clean its mops even though after its last clean a few days ago it emptied itself and cleaned the mops then.  Why has it gone back to clean and dry them again after 5 mins.  This area it’s completed isn’t a high traffic area so wasn’t that dirty.  Many thanks.

Hello, please check your mop washing frequency setting. To guarantee cleaning performance, the robot will return to the base station for mop washing several times when cleaning large‑size independent zones.
You can adjust the mop washing frequency in the Custom menu of App. You are allowed to set when the robot returns to wash the mop after cleaning certain square meters or minutes. You can also set it to trigger washing by room.
If the issue persists after adjustment, please provide the fault video, device SN, upload problem logs and share your device to our account BD929781. We will handle your ticket with priority on Monday.
