Following recent business adjustments, we've made the difficult decision to close the MOVA Forum on October 31, 2026 at 23:59 CET.
We know this community means a lot to many of you, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we make this transition.
1. Your Forum Points
We know that the points redemption channel isn't available yet, so many of you haven't been able to redeem your points.
We're sorry about that. As the redemption channel won't be available before the forum closes and forum points can't be redeemed afterwards, we'll be issuing a €30 voucher for the MOVA official website to all affected members instead.
Who gets it: All registered MOVA Forum members as of 22/10/2026.
What you'll receive: A €30 voucher valid on the MOVA official website.
How to claim it: We will send a unique voucher code to the email address registered with your MOVA Forum account by 22/10/2026. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at
forum@mova-tech.com.
How to use it: Add your product to the cart on the MOVA official website and enter the voucher code at checkout.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Expiration: Vouchers must be used before the expiration date stated on the digital code.
Non-Combinable: Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated.
Security: Please keep your vouchers secure. The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers; no replacements will be issued. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
One-Time Use: This is a single-use voucher. To get the maximum value, please ensure your cart total reaches or exceeds the voucher amount, as any remaining balance will not be carried over or refunded.

3. A Few Important Account Notes
The MOVA Forum and Dreame Official Forum use separate account systems, so to join MOVA by Dreame Forum, you'll need to create a new account.
Also please note:
Your MOVA Forum account can't be transferred to the Dreame Forum.
Your forum points can't be transferred.
Your posts and discussion history won't be migrated automatically.
If there are posts, photos, or anything else you'd like to keep, please save your own copies before the forum closes.
What happens to your personal data: After the forum closes, the forum and its content will no longer be accessible. We will keep an archived copy of forum data, with restricted access, for up to [6] months after the closure solely to handle any questions or disputes. After that, it will be permanently deleted, unless we are required by law to keep certain data for longer. If you would like a copy of your personal data or have any questions, please contact us at

4. Access Until October 31, 2026 at 23:59 CET.
The forum will stay accessible until October 31, 2026 at 23:59 CET, so you have time to redeem your points and save anything you want to keep.
After that date, the site and its content will no longer be accessible – so please complete anything you need to before the deadline.
