My new unit take multiple hours and multiple recharges to vacuum 400 sq feet. Plus not much dirt ever gets into the bag. Defective? Wrong settings? Seems to mop fine. Just the vacuum that is wonky and slow. Wonders around confused half the time.

Hello, you can clean the filter in the robot. After cleaning, make sure it is completely dry before using it. You can also try replacing the filter.
