Mova P10 Pro Ultra Network EMQ server Failure

Hello,

I got my first mova robot. It connected to the WiFi and the first setup was very easy. However, during mopping it randomly disconnected (same day) and I cannot get it to reconnect. The only statement is “failed to connect to EMQ server. Please contact customer support”. Has anyone solved this issues? Is it server side or on my end? I’ve followed the instructions and repeated or reset many times. Customer support sent me info on charging.
