Fail to update the firmware

Hello,
We bought a mova 1000 and when we want to activate it and start to initiate a perimeter to mow of the zone the mower resquest to upgrade the firmware. After several try the  mower says fail to update thé firmware. What are the conditions to update the firmware. The mower is closed to the router ( less than 3 m) and well connected. It is connected to the Bluetooth too. Thank you for give us the way of working. Best regards   M FALGA

Hello, firmware upgrades require the robot to be connected to WiFi. You can charge the robot to at least 20% and then move it to a location with good WiFi for the upgrade. Please disable the robot's tasks before upgrading. If the WiFi router you're moving to is different from the one you originally configured, you can add your current WiFi network in the app's Network Management settings.

If the issue persists, please upload the log in the app and provide a screenshot of the robot's serial number and firmware version.

To upload the log: Me - Help & Feedback - Report Log, select the device and the app's log, then click Upload.
