Hello, firmware upgrades require the robot to be connected to WiFi. You can charge the robot to at least 20% and then move it to a location with good WiFi for the upgrade. Please disable the robot's tasks before upgrading. If the WiFi router you're moving to is different from the one you originally configured, you can add your current WiFi network in the app's Network Management settings.
If the issue persists, please upload the log in the app and provide a screenshot of the robot's serial number and firmware version.
To upload the log: Me - Help & Feedback - Report Log, select the device and the app's log, then click Upload. |
