[V50 Ultra] No product usage detected

Hello,
I've been using the Mova V50 Ultra Complete for a little over two months, and I’ve noticed that the levels of the cleaning solutions in the dual tank (sections A and B) haven’t changed at all.
Both the standard cleaner and the pet-specific solution remain full, as if they’ve never been used. Yet the robot runs properly and completes its cleaning cycles.

All the relevant settings have been correctly configured in the app: the cleaning solution option is enabled, and the dosage is set to “frequent.”
As far as I understand, with these settings, the robot is supposed to automatically use the cleaning solutions (frequently or systematically, depending on A or B).

It seems there’s a malfunction.
Could you please let me know what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Also worth noting: when I insert the dual cartridge with the cleaning solutions, it slightly pops back out after being fully pushed in. It seems to be pushed back by just a few millimeters. I’m not sure if this affects the contact with the base, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Exactly the same here! Even if i do notice a very little level decrease, but can't actually say how much ofxthe two solutions is being used by the mova.
Hello, please remove the dual-compartment cleaning solution box and check if the marked area in the picture is clean. If it is not clean, gently wipe it with a dry cloth and then reinstall the cleaning solution box into the base station, ensuring that it is pushed all the way into the bottom.

Each mop cleaning uses approximately 1.33mL of cleaning solution. The amount used is relatively small, so changes may not be noticeable.

If you clean the mop twice a day, a full box of cleaning solution can last about 4-5 months.
