[Z50 Ultra] docking problem

anyone has the same problem ? techical assistence cannot help to resolve

Please check the robot's charging contacts for any foreign objects or dust. If so, clean them and try again. Also, check if the metal springs on the charging contacts are stuck.

Alternatively, remove the robot from the charging dock and try charging again, checking whether you hear the "Charging Started" voice prompt.

If this still doesn't work, please reset the robot to factory settings.
